Out of all the places in the world I have been fortunate enough to experience, there is something about the North and South Carolina coast that keeps my heart there.

Discovering the magical and relaxing island of OCRACOKE might have been my saving grace for self-care and finally practicing what I preach.

If it was the sweet cottage where I stayed above Ocracoke Coffee Company, the local restaurants with the best fresh fish imaginable, or any of the outer banks' highlights from wild horses to black & white nostalgic lighthouses...
